How-To Configure SOTA Hub Across a Remote Session

This is for offices using practice management software through an RDP Session and they use SOTA Hub to pass patient information to SOTA Cloud

  1. Got to the remote server that hosts the practice management software for the offices and log into SOTA Cloud with an admin account. From there download SOTA HUB by:
    1. Clicking the admin user name in the top right corner and selecting Download Hub
    2. After it is done downloading go to your downloads folder and run the SOTA HUB SETUP exe.
  2. After the install is done, right click on the SOTA Hub icon and go into the settings
  3. From there go to the Misc tab and turn on the Bridge Over RDS option.
  4. After the Bridge Over RDS option is turned on, there is nothing else that needs to be done on the remote server. You can close out of the hub settings and move on to setting up SOTA Hub on the local machines.
