Why is UVC feed staying green?

When using an IOC via UVC, sometimes it'll be a green screen, this is the answer. (Hopefully)

In Chrome settings, under System, disable "Use graphics acceleration when available".

It should work normally afterwards, you may have to restart Chrome after disabling as well.
