# Troubleshoot: Unable to Export Due to Chrome Pop-up Blocker

## Unblock Popups for Exporting

Some offices may experience issues when exporting large batches of images, such as the FMX-18, due to Chrome's popup blocker. To fix this, it's recommended to allow popups from the office's SOTA Cloud, which will enable the export process to complete successfully.

1. **Allow pop-ups in Chrome**:
   
     1. Open Chrome and go to Settings \> Privacy and security \> Site settings \> Pop-ups and redirects.
     2. Toggle the "Blocked (recommended)" option to "Off".
2. **Allow pop-ups in Edge:**  
     1. Open Edge and go to Settings \> Cookies and site permissions \> Pop-ups and redirects.
     2. Toggle the "Blocked (recommended)" option to "Off".
