Troubleshoot: Unable to Export Due to Chrome Pop-up Blocker

Unblock Popups for Exporting

Some offices may experience issues when exporting large batches of images, such as the FMX-18, due to Chrome's popup blocker. To fix this, it's recommended to allow popups from the office's SOTA Cloud, which will enable the export process to complete successfully.

  1. Allow pop-ups in Chrome:

    1. Open Chrome and go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.

    2. Toggle the "Blocked (recommended)" option to "Off".

  2. Allow pop-ups in Edge:
    1. Open Edge and go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
    2. Toggle the "Blocked (recommended)" option to "Off".
