Effective communication and collaboration between providers and patients are crucial for delivering high-quality care. One essential aspect of this communication is the ability to share dental images securely and efficiently.
- Click the "Share" button in the top right corner of the exam view.
- Select "Share with patient."
- Choose the images you want to share.
You can also access past exams by clicking on the date. From there, you can view and select images to share.
After selecting images, you can rearrange them as needed. You can also choose a message template and add social media links if desired.
Next, decide if you want to set reminders. Reminders can be scheduled to send at regular intervals or immediately.
Once you're ready, click "Send." The patient will receive an email and text message with a link and code to access the shared images.
Patients can view the images and schedule appointments if needed. Any messages they send will go to your practice email.
You can disable appointment scheduling if preferred.
That's it! You've successfully shared images with your patient.
