Setting Up SOTA Hub to Auto Bridge

This is for offices using Eaglesoft, Easy Dental, Practiceworks, Softdent

To configure the ability to bridge from one of the 4 pieces of software above using the SOTA Hub the office must first right-click on the Hub and:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click the General Tab

From there you will look for the Practice Management option to change the setting to the appropriate Practice Management software the office is using. Once it is selected, you can close out of the SOTA Hub settings. 

Once the bridge setup is complete you can test the bridge. The chart below shows you where the bridge pulls the patient information from.

*NOTE: Please make sure you have a patient pulled up in the Practice Managment software before trying to bridge over to SOTA Cloud.
