      Open Dental

      The Steps to set up the bridge from Open Dental to Sota Cloud will only need to be set up on one computer inside Open Dental. We will still need to download and run SOTA Hub on every computer that will be used to view or capture images.

      OLD Integration Notes (only use this if office's do not like the new way below)

      1. On the first Computer Start By Installing SOTA Hub and Configuring it for the office you are at. Here are notes going over that: Installing SOTA Hub
        *NOTE: make sure you have the URL look similar to the screenshot below. The URL in SOTA Hub should have HTTPS:// in the front and a backslash at the end.

      2. Have the office Log into Open Dental

      3. From there go to the Setup drop-down menu and click Program links

      4. Double-click on the Cliosoft option

      5. On there Make it match what we have filled out in the screenshot below and click OK.

      6. Pull up a patient in Open Dental and click the SOTA Cloud Button on the toolbar.

      7. Once you successfully bridged a patient over to SOTA Cloud go to the rest of the PCs and set up the SOTA Hub on them.
        *NOTE: make sure to test the bridging on each PC before moving on to the next one.
