3D CTs Not Loading properly

If 3D CT images are not loading properly in SOTA Cloud, follow these steps to adjust your Chrome browser settings:

Solution

1. Open a new tab in Google Chrome and navigate to: chrome://flags
2. Locate and configure the following settings:
   1. Override Software Rendering List: Set to Enabled
   2. Choose ANGLE Graphics Backend: Set to D3D11on12
      
   3. If D3D11on12 doesn't resolve the issue, try changing the ANGLE Graphics Backend to OpenGL instead.
      
3. After making changes, refresh the browser tab with SOTA Cloud. You may need to restart Chrome completely for the changes to take effect.

Tips

The chrome://flags list is extensive, and the "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" option may be located further down the page. Use Ctrl+F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac) to search for this setting quickly.
