How to Switch SOTA Hub Practice Management Settings

This guide will walk you through changing your SOTA Hub Practice Management setting from Cooperative Integration to your office's specific dental software.

Supported Practice Management Software

SOTA Hub supports integration with the following practice management systems:

  • Eaglesoft
  • PracticeWorks
  • SoftDent
  • Easy Dental
  • EPIC

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access SOTA Hub Settings

Right-click on the SOTA Hub icon in the system tray (usually located in the bottom-right corner of your screen near the clock).

2. Navigate to General Settings

From the context menu that appears, select and go to the General tab.

3. Change Practice Management Option

Locate the Practice Management dropdown menu and change it from "Cooperative Integration" to your office's software:

  • Select Eaglesoft if your office uses Eaglesoft
  • Select PracticeWorks if your office uses PracticeWorks
  • Select SoftDent if your office uses SoftDent
  • Select Easy Dental if your office uses Easy Dental
  • Select Epic if your office uses Epic

4. Save and Close Settings

Close out of the SOTA Hub settings window to save your changes.

5. Update All Office Computers

Important: Repeat steps 1 through 4 on every PC in your office to ensure consistent integration across all workstations.
