      3D CTs Not Loading properly

      Tips to allow the CT to load on PCs it cannot load on.

      1.  Open a new tab in Google Chrome and type in: chrome://flags
      2. Make sure Override Software Rendering List is enabled and Choose AGNLE Graphics Backend is Set to D3D11on12.
        1. If D3D11on12 does not work, try OpenGL.
      3. Try reloading/refreshing the browser after that. You may need to restart the browser as well.
